Cuin Immigration is a licensed Canadian immigration consultancy that has been operating since 2018. We help individuals, couples and families obtain Canadian permanent residency, work permits, study permits, and family sponsorship — from the initial eligibility assessment all the way through to landing in Canada.
Everything we do is executed under a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) — the only professional class (alongside Canadian lawyers) legally authorized by the Government of Canada to represent clients before IRCC.
Our company is registered in Spain under the name CAIC Immigration SL (company number B42808923), with operational offices in Canada, Spain, and a payment-services office in Israel. The CICC: Who Regulates Us
College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
The CICC is the official regulatory body of the Government of Canada for immigration consultants and international student advisors. It was created by federal statute (the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Act) and holds the legal mandate to license, discipline, and monitor every RCIC in Canada.
Under Canadian law, only three groups of people are legally allowed to charge a fee to represent someone before IRCC: Canadian lawyers, notaries in Quebec, and RCICs licensed by the CICC. Anyone else offering paid immigration representation is operating illegally.
